Soroptimist International of Bend welcomes the public to join us for a FREE informational talk about how Thrive Central Oregon serves our community by connecting people to the resources they seek. 

Our guest speaker, Sarah Mahnke, MSW is the founder and Executive Director of Thrive Central Oregon. She has worked in social services in Central Oregon for the last 15 years, finding incredible fulfillment in connecting with our community. Sarah has called Central Oregon home for the last 20 years. Through her presentation, we’ll hear more about Thrive’s mission and how the organization serves individuals and families facing income and housing insecurity in Central Oregon by striving to break down barriers and reduce stigma when accessing social services. Thrive aims to bridge the gap for community members, meeting them where they are in public spaces and providing vital connection to resources and support.
